What is your return policy? Returned Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In some cases, a 20% restocking fee may apply, i.e. special order items. Credit to your account will be received for items received unused, unharmed and in their original packaging. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be required prior to returning items. See the RMA section for more information.
