Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change or cancel my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
What if my order is missing items or it never arrived?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at 1.800.505.2300  for assistance.
What if my item is Temporarily Out of Stock?
 

If, for some reason, an item within your order is temporarily out of stock you will be notified by a HDBP or DirectBus.com representative. At this time you will have the option to order an alternative to the original item, proceed with the order as is and the item will be shipped as soon as it is available, or you can remove the item from the order and, if requested, your representative will contact you once the item is back in stock.

You will not be charged for out of stock items until they are shipped. No additional shipping charges are applied to ship these items.
